Les plaintes allèguent également que l'entreprise continue de facturer après l'annulation, et les consommateurs ne sont pas informés qu'il y a des frais d'annulation de 50,00 $.

Les litiges avec les clients font l'objet d'une enquête et, si le distributeur adhérent n'est pas en mesure de produire des documents écrits que l'accord client fidèle a été entièrement expliqué et que le client fidèle a compris, le distributeur est responsable du paiement des frais d'adhésion de 50 $ du client fidèle.

En ce qui concerne les problèmes de facturation, l'entreprise a indiqué que les remboursements traités le même jour que les frais initiaux sont considérés comme des transactions annulées et que les frais en attente tombent sur le relevé de carte de crédit du client. Link where I signed up doesn't work. R\edirects me and won't let me log in. I know my password so it's not that. I tried to reset my password and won't let me. I need to cancel my auto ship and I can't. Website is not letting me sign in or do anything. This really is so unprofessional when you can't even do a simple log in and needless to mention make any changes in your account.

Do not work or buy things from this place1 i cancelled my auto shipment and they still charged my card and when I contacted them i was informed their system was "faulty" and that i could not receive a full refund. No one informs you of an auto shipment. I will be pursuing this further. Absolutely unacceptable

I would give a 0 But I cant. They sent me an "order" I didn't approve and they took my money so I sent it back. Long story short they got my return and refused to give me my 90 dollars back....... sooo fraudulent.

I wish I could give this company a NEGATIVE 5 stars. I was suspicious of this company before I became a distributor.... After I was a distributor..... I learned my gut instincts were right. I was trying to earn points to go to their incentive trip, so I bought a Green Carpet ticket which was $$$. So I attended the live stream.... Which didn't start at the right time, then it cut you off 30 mins in the first day, then 30 mins again and again the third day and final day.... Which is where they through out another hook.... Now the only way you can go to the Incentive Trip is if you buy another conference ticket which cost $$$. So meanwhile I was trying to build my business and earn enough points to go, well that's not going to happen for many other distributors now too.... So then I decided, I don't want to be affiliated with such a shady company. So I stopped being a distributor. In this phone conservation they said that because I withdrew my distributorship(9/25/19) they were taking my commission from me. WHAT????? I worked for that money and you get it now???? I was furious as anyone would be.... I then decided to return my used and unused products.... That was a NIGHTMARE....� I can't believe this company is still operating.... They received my returned items in their warehouse on 9/30/19. I called on 10/14/19 because I still had not received my money back. They said oh our warehouse has the final say on our returns, they are the ones who verify the products. You should receive your return in 24-48 hours. So I waited 48 hours... Still no refund... So I called again on 10/16/19. They created a ticket number for me after begging for a way to get some sort of confirmation on my return. They said it will be processed in 24-48 hours. So again I wait the 48 hours after not seeing the refund processing in my account and call back on 10/18/19. They lied again and said it will be in your account in 24-48 hours.... 48 hours becomes 10/20/19 at this point I'm furious... It's almost been a month already still no refund!!!!! This customer service person creates an urgent follow-up ticket and says I will follow-up with you tomorrow 10/21/19. The guy doesn't follow-up with me..... I call today 48 hours later 10/22/19 and am at my wit's end beyond furious, obviously because they took my hard earned commission, now I have to jump through hoops for a refund.... Crazy is right. They should not be able to operate. I was finally able to talk with a Supervisor, which I had been also asking to talk to after my first ticket call 10/16/19. She also tried to give me the run around, I wasn't going to settle for it. I told her that I wasn't going to settle for anything less than my refund. Meanwhile 55 mins later, she finally said she could give me my refund, which is an exception, normally it only goes through the warehouse.... Which by the way they supposedly don't have the Warehouses phone number, they only communicate by email. I called BS. The Supervisor give me a refund confirmation number. Let's see.... 3-5 days it should be in my account.... Crazy that a business like this, that is all about hooking the distributor or customer can still even be in operation. Where are their ethics? They claim to be a debt free company.... I highly doubt that. Fight for your right, don't get mixed up with this horrible thing I refuse to call it a business or company because it's a SCAM!

Hello ******, We are sorry to hear about these matters. Normally, if the warehouse receives product back that is opened the refund is not honored. And in your case an exception was made to refund you in full. Regarding the Green Carpet Live Stream we will have to check to see if there were any technical issues. We do not see any calls from you about this issue during that weekend. However, if we were alerted our Call Center would have the contact information to provide you if you were having trouble connecting. Also, the Live Stream can be watched over and over which is in eSuite under "Watch Now" Link. Further, in terms of cancelling a Distributor account, all Distributors are made aware that if they cancel before Commissions pays out, they could be forfeiting their commissions. Hi It Works! Compliance Department, I was not an exception to a refund.... The product I should of got the refund on, no questions asked was not opened. I heard every excuse from your customer service reps saying that they couldn't find my returned item and in the next sentence they told me everything that I returned in the same box. Explain why you teach your customer service reps to lie? Like I said before this Scam needs to be shut down.There is no customer service provided and you have to jump through hoops to get something that is yours. It's not how you run a business. Where are your mortals and ethics? I thought businesses we're supposed to have those. Also, I did make a ticket order for the Green Carpet... Again, like you and what you have said in all your replies to other unsatisfied customers is you can't find it... That is your motto..... Therefore, I will never support this Scam ever again. You got way more of my money than you deserve because you took my commission. Do you take everyone's commission, no matter how long they've been in the business? DON'T ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!! I have asked my consultant that I ordered this product from to cancel my auto shipment.....................4 TIMES!!! I know her personally and know she contacted customer service. I received a notification that ANOTHER charge has been added to my credit card. This is so ridiculous and unprofessional of this company!! I have been charged $40.95 FOUR times since I cancelled!!!! I'm not one to give reviews or rate companies, but this one is just too wrong not to. I will tell my experience to anyone and everyone on this one. This is not how you treat customers! DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR BUT YOU CANNOT SUBMIT REVIEW WITHOUT GIVING A STAR RATING.................................TOTALLY DISGUSTED!!! ****** ******

Worst product that I've ordered and certainly a lot more expensive. I wish that I would have read the reviews because I certainly would never have ordered this garbage. I didn't lose one pound on it. I wish that I could rate a 0 on the products.
